We also support open source image processing of super-resolution data and can support use of both SimCheck and Thunderstorm using Fiji. Ahmed Fetit, our image informaticist, can advise about post-processing and quantification of super-resolution analysis including scripting, batch processing and strategies for long term data storage of super-resolution data.
